All of the modalities I practice are all within the breathe, heal, love vision which essentially translates to breath, body + spirit. Integrating the three is my holistic approach to supporting and embodying harmony within.

THE POWER OF TOUCH

Reiki is intended to support physical, emotional and mental health. As a non-invasive and very nurturing way of resetting the body, the healing energy is said to move through the body and target the areas that are most in need of revitalization. Many people fall asleep during a session experiencing different imagery and, sometimes, feeling like they’ve travelled. Reiki targets a deep sense of overall relaxation.

Thai Bodywork: This incredible modality is an amazing way to lubricate joints, stimulate blood flow, relax the sympathetic nervous system, relieve pain and so much more. It's rhythmic, soothing, and it increases mobility and circulation. Enjoy thai therapy fully clothed, on the ground on a comfy mat while I take care of the rest. There's an element of energy work as well as deep muscle compression to alleviate tension, pain, and stress.

somatic experiencing sessions

Learn to tune into your body's innate wisdom to regulate its nervous system. We’ll explore ways in which you've learned to relate to stress and where it presents itself in the body. SE involves turning on all senses and allowing this process to guide the experience. This practice is nourishing, connecting, gentle and one of the most efficient ways to restore the body back to homeostasis.

These sessions can be a huge support for those who have or are experiencing:
Anxiety
Depression
PTSD
Sexual Abuse
Trauma

Book an online session here. I also take in person sessions in Canton and in the North End of Boston. Please email me with any questions at info@yeradmi.com

Movement Practices

Restorative Yoga The antidote to stress is relaxation. Restorative yoga focuses on relaxation, renewal, effortlessness and ease. Blankets, bolsters, straps, and other props safely support the body in various postures which allows the body to move towards a state of ease. This practice soothes your nervous system, supports the body and invites you to release deeply held tension.

Yin Yoga is a practice that focuses on stretching and targeting the connective tissue in the body. It involves holding poses for an extended period, typically ranging from 3-5 minutes, in a relaxed manner. This prolonged stretching allows for deep release, alleviating physical discomfort, improving organ function, and enhancing overall well-being. It can help increase flexibility, range of motion in the joints, prevent injury, improve recovery time, and promote overall performance. Yin Yoga is an excellent complement to more dynamic forms of exercise, such as running, weightlifting, or other yoga practices. The slow, meditative nature of this practice can induce a state of deep relaxation, helping to alleviate stress, anxiety, and tension.
