Movement Session (Led by Michelle Turner-Young, Dancer & Founder of @soulfire.movement): A dynamic workout blending high-intensity movement with a mellow, grounding finish to energize your body and calm your mind.
Networking & Self-Care: Enjoy a lunch break with delicious food provided by @theneighborhood_kitchen, a nail care station featuring wraps provided by @njalaandmutima, and opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals.
